It boasts breathtaking views of the lakes and mountains while the Gap of Dunloe and Killarney National Park are easily reached as well. For the keen golfer, there’s no shortage of top class golf courses in the surrounding area and for those who prefer angling boats are available for salmon and trout fishing. And in the evening you can retreat to one of the local restaurants or traditional Irish pubs – a great way to end the day.
Directions
From Killarney follow the N72. After the Hotel Europe take the first left following signs for the Gap of Dunloe. You’ll see a sign for The Invicta at the next turn off to the left (for Lough Leane).
