Very nice hotel and quiet!! Which was great.
The rooms were bigger than expected. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Spotlessly clean, welcoming atmoshpere, spacious bars, good bar menu, attention to detail all made it a welcome night's stay.

I loved it when I was greeted with my first name, Dorothy, as soon as I got to reception by a very friendly young Polish man. He was a delight, very smart, and made us feel very welcome. When we were leaving, there he was again able to tell us about the amenities available in Killarney.
I found it to be very good. Staff were friendly and obliging.
We would certainly stay at this hotel again. Everything made our stay enjoyable and the food was excellent.
Overall I was pleased with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful it is central to the pubs and shops of killarney although it is about 10 min walk. I found the roms to be satisfactory also.
Very convenient location for exploring the area.
