Very friendly staff.Nice food. No hot water for a shower when we arrived.Had to go to another room for a shower the first night!!!!
The hotel room was perfect, Food fantastic but we did encounter staff not being nice even rude to other staff in reception when we arrived.
Friendly and helpful staff. A bit noisy in our bedroom 105 with live music playing in the bar, but it did finish at a reasonable time

The rooms were bigger than expected. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Spotlessly clean, welcoming atmoshpere, spacious bars, good bar menu, attention to detail all made it a welcome night's stay.

I loved it when I was greeted with my first name, Dorothy, as soon as I got to reception by a very friendly young Polish man. He was a delight, very smart, and made us feel very welcome. When we were leaving, there he was again able to tell us about the amenities available in Killarney.
I really appreciate the room they allocate for me. It was a wedding on and so, gave me a room far from the ballroom and the wedding party bedrooms. I only drink decaf. coffee but couldn't find any in my bedroom, didn't to bother the staff as I had some little decaf. "dose" with me but it will be nice in the future to have it in every bedroom???
Overall I was pleased with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful it is central to the pubs and shops of killarney although it is about 10 min walk. I found the roms to be satisfactory also.
