The Final Furlong has a beautiful setting, 1.5km from the County Kerry town of Cahirciveen, on the banks of the River Fertha. This is a really nice peaceful area along the Ring of Kerry road and a great place to get away from it all.
On arriving at the Final Furlong you’ll receive a warm welcome. There’s a total of four guest bedrooms. All are nicely furnished and have en suite facilities. A traditional home cooked breakfast is served each morning and home baking and seafood are specialities here.
The farm is mixed and one of its main attractions is of course its riding stables. They’re AIRE approved and there’s no better way to blow away the cobwebs in the morning than with a gallop along one of the local beaches.
