staff and facilities were very good however felt the bar was a bit expensive

Alovely hotel, with great food, very welcoming staff and good amenities. My only complaints are that the pool is tiny, too small for more than one person to swim lengths at a time, and the plastic flowers in the corridors cheapen the ambiance.
Fabulous hotel and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Everything was provided for. Was at wedding and dinner was fabulous. Also ate in bar and food equally as good.

The Hotel is beautiful with a lovely atmosphere. The Angsana Spa is fantastic. The service in the bar re food order can be slow.
One night too short for full assessment but my experience was very good. Excellent spa.
The staff at the reception when checking in were very efficient and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful close to the town centre, the bar area was very welcoming the staff there very friendly. My overall opinion of the Brehon is that I will definatley be staying there again in the near future.

Staff and service friendly, efficient and helpful. Rooms immaculate - front facing view of mountains spectacular when sun shines !!!!. Room service excellent. Restaurant and menu top class. Definitely a recommended hotel.
To be honest, this was a while ago now and I'm not sure I remember the visit in detail... However I do remember we were very impressed with the hotel. I distinctly remember we both wished we could stay longer - we were only overnighting.
I enjoyed my stay the Brehon. The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. It rained while I was there and I enjoyed sitting at a window, having a beer, looking out at the mountains and the beautiful views. I was lucky to be able to use the spa which is world class. I found the whole experience to be relaxing. I definitly experienced a sense of calm and a very easy going feeling. The staff were very helpful but also were aware that people were on vacation. I would recommend people to make sure that they stay at the Brehon during their trip to Ireland. I have visited Ireland about 10 - 12 times now, and the Brehon is one of the better hotels and experiences I have had in my travels.
