The Avenue Holiday Homes are spacious four bedroom self catering houses located adjacent to The Malton hotel just a few minutes walk from Killarney town centre, right beside the railway station. Guests have complimentary access to the hotel's facilities including use ofThe Malton's leisure centre including 15 metre swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gymnasium and outdoor tennis courts. We also have a playground located in the hotel gardens and families are welcome to avail of our supervised playroom during July and August and school mid term breaks.

Directions

Coming from Dublin, Limerick, Shannon, Kerry Airport or Tralee:
From Dublin take the N7 to Limerick. From Limerick take the N22 into Killarney where you will arrive at the Cleeny Roundabout. There will be a Lidl Supermarket on your right and Arks Pet Shop on your left. Take the 1st exit to your left and go along the bypass road take the first turn off to the right onto Lewis Road,  follow the signs for The Malton and Killarney train station, checkin takes place at The Malton reception desk.
 

Coming from Cork:

From Cork, take the N22 follow signs for Killarney town centre and The Malton hotel, checkin takes place at The Malton reception desk.

The accommodation is bright and airy and consists of four beautifully decorated bedrooms and has the capacity to sleep 8 – perfect for large families or groups. There are two double beds and 4 single beds in the rental as well as two en-suite bedrooms and a separate bathroom on the ground floor. The interior of the homes are furnished and fitted in a contemporary style. The fully fitted kitchen, living room and dining area are all open plan.
