From Cahersiveen take the N70 road to Killarney (Ring of Kerry road).
Eamonn & Joan Bowler have started this wonderful bed & breakfast on the Ring of Kerry, approximately 2 miles outside Caherciveen on the N70. The B&B is a nice newly built house where you can enjoy the bright sun room, spacious dining room and guest room. The dining room can be used in the evening by guests for your own private take away meals.The house also boast of a lovely private garden both in front and back of the house which is also available to visitors. Stay at Strandsend and you are guaranteed to return again and again due to the friendly and welcoming hospitality you will receive. While staying in the B&B, you have a limitless amount of attractions and activities to keep you busy. Hop in the car and enjoy a scenic drive around the Ring Of Kerry. Take a trip to Valentia Island or the Blasket Islands. Waterville is a lovely town with colourful shops and great restaurants. Needless to say, there are many blue flag beaches to relax and enjoy the sun (if it comes out!). Whether you are in Kerry for a weekend or a week, there's something for everyone.

Our stay at Strandsend House was great. The Bowlers were very welcoming and took great care of us. I would highly recommend this great B&B to anyone traveling to or through Caherciveen.
