A Fit Body Fitness and Sports Centre will fulfill all your sports and leisure needs. The Centre facilities include a fully equipped gym with a spacious free weights area, steam room, sauna, aerobic &  spin room and 6ft boxing bag. Fitness tests and personalised programmes are also provided.
