Welcome to Rocklands House This fabulous new property called Rocklands House is located at the foot of MacGillycuddy Reeks and Carrantuohill Ireland’s highest mountain, located 8 miles from Killarney, only two miles from the famous Kate Kearney Cottage/Gap of Dunloe, 3 miles from Beaufort Village, 1 mile to the local shop. This area is world renowned for its hillwalking / mountain climbing with guided walks just a perfect destination for the outdoor enthusiasts and golfers paradise with golf course nearby.

From Killarney, take the N72 Killorglin Road and follow the signposts for the Gap of Dunloe and Glencar. Keep left at Dunloe Hotel Gates and drive through the next crossroads and continue on 2 miles Rocklands House is located on the left hand side.
The House is decorated with exceptional taste and finished to the highest standard, with a split-level open – plan kitchen /lounge and steps up to the sun lounge. An amazing 2-sided wood burner valentia island stone fireplace centred in the middle gives this open plan design a lovely feeling of space and warmth. It has its own private sitting out area to the side of the property just perfect for barbeques or just to sit out and enjoy this tranquil location and rustic charm.
Ground Floor There are 2 double bedrooms, one is a joined to the main shower room. It is a wet room. It does not contain bath. It is Wheelchair accessible. The other double is ensuite showroom. W.C. Open plan fully equipped kitchen/utility room and sitting room. It is wheelchair accessible with its wide-open space and 2-sided wood burner Valentia Island Fireplace centred in middle gives this open plan a lovely homely feel of space and warmth. From there by steps leads you to a lovely sun lounge opening out to the patio area. Barbeques equipment available on request.
First Floor 2 bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom is ensuite shower room W.C. the second bedroom is the family room with a double and single beds, walk in wardrobe, bathroom ensuite with bath shower toilet and basin.
