Very nice would recommend this hotel, even my 70 plus mother was able to walk into town in 20 minutes!

The hotel itself was very nice and the rooms very comfortable and the staff were very obliging. No swimming pool was disappointing for a 4 star hotel. We got 2 steaks for dinner and they were awful. The dinner was the only disappointment of what was a lovely stay.
I really thought it was a super hotel even had board games to keep the kids amused. The staff were very nice. We are definately going back!
I thought the reception area in the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, very bright, airy and welcoming. I phoned the hotel before our arrival as I needed a number for a hairdresser and the receptionist I dealt with was very helpful.

Restuarant food was very good. Room looked a bit 'tired'.
THe facilities are good but it did not gell we were disappointed. The housekeeping was an issue since our room had no toilet paper and there was a drain smell in the bathroom.

The rooms and bed were so nice! Nice modern design to the hotel, very contemporay! The one issue we had was a room that on the third floor that was located over the entrance, so we heard everyone come in late at night or heard their conversations as they smoked outside.
The staff at the riverside hotel were extremely helpful,welcoming and friendly.The were always willing to help no matter what.

Everything was fine really for a one night stay. But to be honest, how this hotel can be advertised as a 4 star is beyond me. Much more of a three star....the website is a bit misleading. But everything was clean, nicely decorated and the staff were fantastic. Extremely friendly...not in anyway false.
The hotel was lovely and very well placed for access to Killarney town centre itself. Spacious rooms and good facilties including a very nice bar.
The Riverside Hotel was fabulous, the staff were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was fabulous but the dinner was not as nice.
I really liked the hotel foyer. It is a bright open-space with big sofas and an open-fire, it was a lovely space to relax with a quiet drink after dinner.
Like-They had wine chilled on ice in our room for arrival. Dislike-The front rooms are quite near the road and it can be a bit noisy as it is a very busy road, but they have the nicest view !

Brilliant location for the town centre and INEC. Breakfast in room was fab and generous. Spacious and well maintained rooms. Air conditioning would be nice, even for end of October rooms were very warm. I filled in the comment card for the hotel with this information also. For a 4 star hotel, a mini bar would also be a nice option.

The hotel was lovely but we were disappointed with the fact that there were no leisure facilities and we were told that if we wanted any treatments that the hotel would have to arrange for somebody to attend at the hotel which would take some time to arrange.
It was in a great location,great value for money and the hotel was very clean,staff were helpful and rooms more than adequate

The RIVERSIDE HOTEL is probably the nicest hotel iv ever stayed in. I genuinely thought everything about the place was great, The staff were really friendly and i could'nt fault the place about anything, the only dissapointment about my weekend there was the weather. I have recommended the hotel to many other people who have actually stayed there themselves and enjoyed the place, also left a good review on Tripadvisor.com
