Friendly hostess, delicious breakfast and wonderful scenery. We loved the fact that you can freely roam the land surrounding the farm, and get close to the sheep, dogs, walibis and horses.

Was not difficult to find Muckross Stables, directions were perfect on website. Upon driving down the long driveway into the property, we were excited to see gorgeous little sheep roaming the property, and later found they had chickens, a wallaby, puppies, emus, geese, rabbits and horses in the stables - what more could you want! Rooms were lovely and very comfortable, had the best nights sleep. Our window looked onto the stables so we could see the horses relaxing and playing in the yard once the front gate was closed in the evening. Hosts were lovely and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Killarney area.

It was not possible to stay at O'Donovans Muckross Riding Stables, it was a mistake and the house was full, they were very friendly and found another place to stay for us, and it was not easy because we were 8 people.
