v. happy.However I was disappointed that there was an extra charge to use the spa.This wasn't mentioned when I booked.The spa staff(Jane) were particularly helpful and lent us togs which we had forgotten.I thought it was a bit much in a 5* hotel to charge for bottled water in the room.However overall we were very happy and will return
