The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and polite. The room was superb, The staff were lovely and very respectful, would stay there for evermore. Had a great time. Well done to everyone :)

I have travelled the World but this hotel has to be the best I have stayed at, this is mainly due to the absolute frindliness of it's staff. From the manager down they are so relaxed but still so professional in their service.

Staff very helpful. When restaurant was shut and the kids were hungry, they rustled us up soup, sandwiches and chips.

Staff at the Manor West Hotel were extremely friendly & curtious. We thought the Hotel had a warm atmosphere that welcomed anybody. The food was lovely & the rooms always imaculate. Very enjoyable & relaxing weekend break.
