We had a fantastic stay at the Valley Suites. The rooms were so spacious, clean and comfortable, we were delighted when we arrived. The staff were extremely friendly, going out of their way to make us welcome and they were very attentive to the needs of our children. The suite represented great value for money too and we will return for more stays in the future.
IF YOU WANT VALUE FOR MONEY THIS IS IT AND WHEN YOU BOOK MAKE SURE YOU GET A SUITE BY RIGHT THIS SHOULD BE 5 STAR BUT IT HAS NO LEISURE FACILITIES WE HAD A 2 BED SUITE WITH A KITCHINETTE WHICH WAS AN ADDED BONUS FOR ME BECAUSE WE HAD A 1 YEAR OLD WITH US WHO HAS HOT CEREAL AT 7 IN THE AM TOP CLASS AND IDEAL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE IN THE HEART OF KILLARNEY
We really enjoyed our stay and everything was lovely but we both felt that breakfast should have been included in the price. Also the bar food was only served until 9pm and thought that it should have been served till 10pm. If you where hungery you had to order a take away or go back into the town for something. Apart from that we couldn't fault the place and would definately stay there again in the furture.
All staff very professional but also friendly. I assumed leisure centre was ongrounds, advised wasnt the case & told there were only 3 hrs during day we could use it, when it would be full of children. I would always prefer an evening/night swim. We ended up going to another hotel for a swim & paying extra.
