That way our experienced therapists can tailor-make a plan that suits you on the day. If you have a favourite therapy then pre-booking is advised. A minimum of 2 hours is recommended for your Spa visit. The Spa is open Sunday to Wednesday from 9.00am to 6.00pm and Thursday to Saturday from 9.00am to 9.00pm.
