Staff were so friendly, wait staff & managers in particular. The pool facilities were really nice, really relaxing. Rooms were really nice too and had everthing you would need. Location wise it was ideal, so central for bars & the national park

Excellent Hotel. Helpful staff. A bit tough to get to in your rental car if you're an American, trying to figure out how to drive on the left side....

Have stayed in a few hotels in Killarney - this was definately the best by far - wonderful atmosphere and great service.
