I did'nt really get great support from the bar tender,not that I was looking for drink but when he served he snapped and when i asked about the 24hour service of sandwiches he snapped saying its only for the weekdays, the rest of the staff were really friendly. I got a great welcome from the reception and everything was taken care of so quickly!

The hotel is not exactly in the centre of the town but its not far. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there. No wifi in rooms. We could also hear the people next door..! Overall though its grand!
THE HOTEL WAS GORGEOUS AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY WELCOMING. WHEN THE RECEPTIONIST ASKED THE REASON FOR THE STAY IN THE KILLARNEY COURT HOTEL I EXPLAINED IT WAS A PRESENT FROM MY DAUGHTER FOR MY BIRTHDAY. THE RECEPTIONIST COMPLIMENTARY UPGRADED OUR ROOM WHICH I WASNT EXPECTING AND WAS DELIGHTED. THE ROOMS WERE BEAUTIFUL AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME STAYING IN KILLARNEY AND I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK THIS AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE. MY DAUGHTER ALSO BOOKED HORSE-RIDING FOR ME AND THE RECEPTIONIST AT THE HOTEL RANG THE HORSE-RIDING TO CONFIRM WE WERE STILL GOING.THIS WAS EXTREMELY NICE OF THEM AS THEY DIDNT HAVE TO CONFIRM IT AS IT WASNT BOOKED THROUGH THE HOTEL. OVERALL I WAS OVERWHELMED WITH THE EXCEPTIONAL STAFF AND THE SERVICE WAS BRILLIANT. I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK.
This was a really lovely hotel. Good value for the money. We enjoyed a nice meal in the pub. The rooms were clean and modern. Our only disappointment was that we could only access the internet on one computer in the lobby. No WIFI was available. However, there was no access charge on the lobby computer so that was good.

We only stayed for the one night. It's a beautiful hotel. went to a Billy Connolly show in the Glen Eagles.
Great hotel. Staff good, breakfast good and steak dinner in the bar was lovely. Only thing weather was'nt the best so had to get taxi into centre cause its a good 10 min walk.
Very nice, we would definitely go back. The breakfast was amazing, and we travel a lot so we've eaten a lot of good and bad breakfasts!!
The Hotel as really good value for money. The dinning room was chaotic on the morning we were there i.e 4 times we had to ask for coffee,3 time for juice and we had to set our own table !!! I would not like to have been a non-irish tourist , the hotel were lucky it was mainly young Irish people who were in good humor and not in a hurry to go any where !! Saying that the staff were very frienly and courteous despite being busy and breakfast was good when we eventually got it!
I thought the rooms were fabulous and well looked after. The hotel could do with a vending machiene with drinks in it for when you come back late after a night of partying.
We arrived at 9.30pm, after booking in, and getting settled in the room. It was 10.30 before we went to the bar but unfortunately it was too late to get food or even sandwiches at this time. There was a change of staff some time later and this person kindly agreed to make sandwiches for one of the party.Other than that we had a good overnight stay and would return again.
Loved my stay in the killarney court hotel would reccomend it to my friends.

The room was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! The desk staff was very helpful dealing with the fact that our key kept stopping working. The bar service was slow but we did not address it with hotel staff.
