Overall we had a lovely stay put was disapointed with the parking facilities as we had to find our own place to park and had to pay each day.
Everything was lovely and it was great to find a hotel that still have rooms for the smoker,i wont stay in a hotel where i can not smoke and i have friends who come from Germany and they feel the same way.After all we are paying for the room.
Myself and my husband and both my parents thought the hotel was really lovely. There were just 2 criticisms I would like to make. 1. Car parking facilities were poor. we hadnt realised when we booked the hotel that our car would be in a public car park. It meant we were conscious of getting out early in the morning to make sure there was a ticket bought to cover our car. 2. The room myself and my husband were in was extremely stuffy even with the windows open. It was room 201. After the first night I spoke to the gentleman on reception about this and while he said there was no air conditioning in the room he would give me a fan. So it was a lot better the second night. The hotel was very central which is what we wanted and we were well within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. It was very convenient. We have travelled a lot around europe and we would have stayed a few times in a Best Western Hotel as we found them excellent. Overall it is a lovely hotel and very central and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, great choice and staff were very friendly.

Everything about the hotel was fine, however, we were very disappointed with the room. We were given room 136 which was very small and the bathroom was tiny also. It would have been fine, except that we had paid quite a lot of money for the room, €180 for the night, and so, expected a lot more, i.e. bigger, more spacious etc. We did not address the issue as on speaking to staff initially when checking in it seemed that the hotel was fully booked. Staff were very friendly, and the room was the only thing we were unhappy with.
