The Holiday Inn Killarney is situated on the Muckross Road about 2km outside of the town. This location puts you right on the world famous Ring of Kerry, and within easy reach of the very beautiful gardens of Muckross House and Ross Castle.

In Saddlers Pub, you can enjoy a few drinks and listen to some live music. Bar food is served here during the day. The hotel restaurant is called Library Point Restaurant.
It has excellent leisure facilities with its own leisure centre, swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

The guest rooms are all en suite and are beautifully decorated to create a serene atmosphere. In room amenities include a hairdryer, a TV, a telephone and tea/coffee making facilities.

No more than 2 adults allowed in our Double & Single rooms.

Directions from Cork - At Park road roundabout take the 1st exit onto Park Road (R876)
At next roundabout take the 1st exit onto East Avenue Road  (N71 signposted Kenmare)
At next roundabout go straight through along Muckross Road to 2nd set of traffic lights and hotel is located on the right hand side.

Directions from Limerick - At Cleeny roundabout take 2nd exit onto Rock Road ( N71). At next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Lower Lewis Road and at next roundabout take 1st exit onto College Street, at next roundabout take the 1st exit onto East Avenue Road (N71 signposted Kenmare) and go straight through next roundabout along Muckroos road passing 2 sets of traffic lights and hotel is located on the right hand side.

Description

Cots are available as well as a babysitting service and a kids playroom (open during midterm breaks).  Our family rooms only accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Family suites suitable for 2 adults & 3 children are available for a supplement.

The town has many pubs, restaurants and nightclubs. You can take a boat tour of the Killarney Lakes that leave from Ross Castle.

Hotel was nice, great pool and gym (pool was great for small kids, pool staff very helpful). Buffet breakfast as much as you want. Plenty of free parking. Free live music in the bar each night. Only dislike, we had a Family room on the ground floor, which had a damp or musty smell, WiFi signal was very weak and could only work if you were close to the reception desk. I would stay here again for a family break.
