There’s a full breakfast menu to choose from in the morning and there’s always plenty home backing on offer. Packed lunches and dinners are available on request (if possible ask the day before) and there’s also a drying room – very useful if you return from a walking trip soaking wet.
If you’re the outdoors type you’ll love it here. A section of the well known ‘Kerry Way’ walking route is located nearby as are many other scenic walking routes. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to one of the lakes in Killarney National Park (Upper Lake) and as a touring base it’s also ideal.
