This charming two story self catering cottage is situated in the heart of the Gaeltacht in Ballyferriter West in Dingle, County Kerry. The house is comfortable, spacious and enjoys panoramic sea and mountain views, which helps to create its relaxing and tranquil ambience. This area is a perfect base for a family holiday as it has both a front and a back garden and is safely positioned off the main road.

The self catering holiday rental is just a short walk from the village of Ballyferriter which is beautifully located on the most western point of the Dingle Peninsula.
The village is home to a number of café, pubs, church, shop and a museum. It is also located just 2km from a sandy beach and local golf course. This is without a doubt the perfect base for a relaxing, memorable family getaway.
From Dingle town drive along the R559, turn left at the roundabout and then take a right and continue along the R559.

The property contains three bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people at ease. The rooms breakdown consists of two double bedrooms (one which is located on the ground floor) and another room with a double and a single bed. Two bathrooms with shower and bath.  The kitchen area includes a fully fitted kitchen. The sitting room features an open fire place where you can relax after a day touring this fantastic area.

This area of the Dingle Peninsula, star of the famous movie Ryan’s Daughter, affords fantastic views and fabulous walks. The property itself is ideally close to a sandy beach creating the perfect opportunity to enjoy a picnic on the beach or battle against its mighty surf.
Enjoy a trip to the beautiful Blasket Islands or tour around and capture the breathtaking scenery of the Dingle Peninsula. Visit the local Interpretive Centre, Aquarium and enjoy a trip to see the famous Dingle Dolphin Fungi. Sea angling, horse riding and pottery classes can all be enjoyed locally. Other activities which can be enjoyed locally include horseriding, Rockclimbing, sailing, pitch and putt and watersports. Places of interest near Ballyferriter include the Riasc Stone and an early monastic site that has been recently excavated.
