The opening of Listowel Golf Course in 1995 was the fulfilment of a deam for its proprietor, Michael F. Barrett, a past captain (1970-1971) and President (1990-1991) of the world-renowned Ballybunion Golf Club. The course is dominated by a towering wood which runs like a spine through its middle. Dooks Golf cLub was established in 1889 and is one of the oldest Links in Ireland. It is thought of as one of the finest Golf Courses in the country and can proudly boast to have some of the most unique and breathtaking scenery.
