Overall, we were pleased. Our stay was short and for the purposes of attending a wedding in the Hotel.
Staff at front desk were very friendly. Main bar man very stressed,think he needs a holiday. Views etc spectacular, think that's what you are paying for as rooms are basic, & not overly appealing (sorry!)
We did not encounter any issues during our very pleasant stay in the hotel, in fact we were very impressed with the caring and considerate attitude of staff. We were so grateful to have been allocated a family room at no extra charge.
Super value for the money and the walks into the town were lovely. Amazing views from the rooms.
It was such a lovely hotel, and close to killarney also. It was really good value for money, and the breakfast room had a lovely views of the lake.
