Directions
The Castle View House is in Ballylongford in north Kerry. From the south take the N69 to Listowel. From there you can take the R552 to Ballylongford, and from there the house is well signposted. From the Limerick you can take the N69 coast road, going through Foynes, Glin and Tarbert on your way to Ballylongford. From Clare, you can take the N68 to Kilrush. Take the Killimer-Tarbert Ferry to Kerry that runs on the hour. From Tarbert you can find the Ballylongford Road.

The Castle View House is facing Carrigafoyle Castle, which was built in the late 15th century by Conor O’Connor. One of the finest castles from the time period, there are a total of 104 reaching the top from you will see some fantastic views of the area. The nearby Lislaughtin Abbey was built around the same time by the O’Connor Chieftains. Carrig Island is north Kerry’s only island and is a must see with its host of beautiful scenic walks, also great for fishing and bird watching.

The Castle View House is located near the world famous Ballybunion links golf course. This excellent location is idea for exploring both the west, Cliffs of Moher, and south west, ring of Kerry, Dingle and Killarney.
