If you're looking for somewhere a little bit special, Blue Merles is an award winning bed & breakfast with a fantastic location 4 miles from Kenmare in County Kerry. The views from the property are absolutely stunning and inside there's a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There are three en suite bedrooms, each of which has tea making facilities and a hairdryer. Breakfast is served daily in the dining room – it's really nice as you can take in the magnificent views as you eat.

From Kenmare follow the Glengarriff Road. After the suspension bridge take a right onto the R571 towards Castletownbere. After about 4 miles you'll see the bed & breakfast on the left hand side.
Evening meals are also available here. Afterwards you can retreat to the relaxing guest lounge or if the weather's nice you can head outside the garden. This bed & breakfast is set against the impressive backdrop of the Caha Mountains on the Beara Peninsula, yet only 4 miles from the vibrant tourist and market town of Kenmare.
