Form Killorglin Drive over the Bridge take the first left continue for about 1Km, then take the next right for Glencar continue ofr about 15km and follow the sign for the Blackstones house.
From Killarney Take the N72 to Killorglin then follow the directons metioned above for Killorglin
From Tralee Take the N70 form Tralee follow the directions as far as Killorglin and then follow the directions mentioned above for Killorglin
Blackstones House has breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, Caragh river, Blackstones Falls and the McGillycuddy Reeks.
Blackstones HouseEach room has a panoramic view of the river, mountains and woodlands, together with the soothing sound of the Blackstones Falls. All bedrooms are en suite with television, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer. Each of the rooms are decorated to the highest of standards and are very large and spacious.
An ideal base for touring the Ring of Kerry and the Beara Peninsula. During your stay you can also enjoy the many leisure activities available close by icluding Cappanalea Outdoor Education Centre offer a wide range of activities for Adults and Children which include canoeing, rock climbing, orienteering, bouldering and windsurfing.
Fishing, hunting and leisurely forest walks can be enjoyed during your stay at Blackstones House.
There are an abundance of Golf courses located within driving distance, Killorglin, Killarney, Beaufort, Castlerosse and Dunloe to name a few( most open all year round).
Close by there are also a number of spectacular sandy beaches, these include Rossbeigh, Banna Beach and Inch.

Blackstones was a great place to stay. Being in the middle of the Ring Of Kerry, it was a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were great as was the surrounding scenery and river.
In our guest dining room you will be greeted each morning with panoramic views of the Caragh river.
Home cooking is our speciality.
Evening meals are also served upon request. We have a wine licence allowing you to choose your wine of your choice from our selection.
We are also more than delighted to accommodate you if you have any special dietary requirements.
