We liked the location in the centre of Tralee, the handy parking facilities in the yard, the nice breakfast and friendly staff. Thank you.
The lovely staff were the best part. The room was on the small side, the bed was small, the bath was small! Uncomfortably so. We asked was there a bigger room and bed but they said they were all the same more or less. Restaurant very good, breakfast ok. No residents' loungs so the only 'quiet place to sit was the lobby which had 2 small tables. The bar was meant for the very young, very loud with screens and music everywhere. Nicest part of it was the smoking area! A sense of it having nothing to do with Tralee - maybe foreign owned. Just to say once more, lovely staff.

Staff were generally extremely helpful and anxious to be of service. The noise levels in the street late at night was very high.
It was nice and comfortable.
