At the Cleeney Roundabout on N22 (near Lidl supermarket) take the Tralee Road exit. Drive for about 200 yards and we are second B&B on the right hand side. We are about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the town centre of Killarney.

Very friendly service, nice room, nice breakfast (only missed the beans and mushrooms, which is why I rated it a little less - what was there was very nice, and the lady went out to buy beans for the next day !), would certainly recommend it.
