An exceptional hotel well worth a stay, deserves it's 5 star rating. Would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in room but room service was fast and excellent.
Hotel itself was very average compared to the likes of the Sheen Falls and its the same grade 5 star. Staff were excellent but very disapointed to find out that you had to pay extra for the spa which is complimentry everywhere else.
I could not fault the jotel in any way shape or form
Beautiful, View from room from exceptional, it was very child friendly and staff were very nice and helpful.
The staff were great and food fabtastic and of course the views stole the show!
Beautiful location, excellenct facilities, excellent level of service
Overall service was very good. However, bar service was very poor despite there being enough staff. It took me 20 minutes to get a refill of Guiness because waiters could not see an empty glass!
