From Tuam town take the Dunmore Road, Dunmore is approximately 7 miles from here. From Dunmore take Clonberne Road which is a further 7 miles. House in Woodview Crescent in Village.

Rooms

There are 6 bedrooms in this house are all beautifully furnished with your comfort in mind. 4 bedrooms located on the 1st floor of the house all have timber flooring but each one has a different colour and finish. These rooms are all doubles, one is furnished with pine furniture, one with walnut and one with maple. One of these doubles rooms is en suite with shower.
On the second floor there are a further 2 bedrooms, the largest bedroom of the house is located here with carpet flooring and deep colours.
Bed linen and towels are provided for free.

Facilities

Just inside the front door is a large entrance hall giving access to the spacious sitting room, kitchen/dining room, utility room and downstairs toilet.
The kitchen of the house is very modern, sleek with an Island in the centre and fully equipped with the following; dishwasher, microwave, double oven, hob, fridge/freezer. Just off the kitchen is a utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer and back door that is wheel chair accessible.
There are two sitting rooms in the house both with timber floors and leather suites and bay windows. One has a large brick fireplace, TV, DVD and double glass doors which lead to the dining room. The second sitting room has an elegant marble fireplace also with TV.
The dining room has a large dining table with double patio doors leading to the garden.
There is ample parking on property as well as a garden and garage attached to the house.
