This architecturally designed house has been offering the highest standard of bed and breakfast accommodation for over 70 years providing each guest the best in Irish hospitality. This unique property has been purpose built around the fantastic stonewalls and fireplace of the 19th century cottage in which five generations of the owner's family lived. Tuar Beag is an AA recommended property located in Spiddal in County Galway.
This fabulous property can be found overlooking Galway Bay hence the property can boast panoramic views from most windows.

Description

The house contains six rooms en suite rooms including three double and single rooms and three double and two single rooms. All rooms are strictly non smoking and in room facilities include the following as standard – hair dryers, TV's and tea/coffee making facilities. The house is centrally heated and private parking will be provided.
This family friendly home offers a babysitting service allowing you some time alone. A cot and a highchair are also available. Guests have access to the gardens and pets are welcome outside the home. A notable feature of the property is its extensive breakfast menu that comprises mainly of local produce.
The house is situated in a tranquil piece of countryside on Spiddals doorstep, with a wonderful sandy beach just a stones throw away. While you are there, a short trip trekking around the wonderful landscape of the Connemara National Park will leave you feeling exhilarated. Take the ferry across to the Aran Islands where you have a wide variety of prehistoric monuments to see as you roam around this beautiful and unspoilt countryside. Set off another day to Galway City and if you’re lucky enough you might even experience some of the great festivals the city is renowned for. Whatever you decide to do Galway has plenty of options to keep you in tiptop form!

The Feany's were wonderful! Everything was great and the location was perfect. A wonderful stop over!!! We would definitely recommend Tuar Beag again and again.

Eamonn and Siobhan are nice and very friendly. The house is tidy and the rooms big. We had a lovely stay, one of the best in Ireland.
