Clean, good size room, however austere and lacking warmth. Correct bathroom, however we would have preferred the WC to be separate from the bathroom. Facilities look very recent and in excellent condition. Parking correct at the back of the building. The whole hotel is good and well located, but it is very impersonal and even the welcome is devoid of any personal touch. Breakfast not very good, plus we had to purchase a voucher to be able to eat.
Hotel staff were extremely efficient and helpful
There was no hairdryer in the room and the bar was only opened for a short period of time. The City Centre was within walking distance which was great.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel was further away from the bus station than we were told, and it seemed that not many in Galway were aware of the location! However, we did find it, and it was not far from town center.

The Travelodge is good value for money. The hotel is clean,ie. rooms, reception etc. staff are friendly. The hotel provides a phone link to a taxi service which was also very handy. It is convenient enough to town to walk (approx 20mins). Ample parking is provided.
