Absolutely the best value for money that we encountered during our two weeks in Ireland. A beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff throughout.
I brought my best friend away for her 30th Birthday, so I was hoping the hotel would be good. I was really thrilled with the room, the services and the staff. Small things like the quality of the bed sheets and towels, to me, are so important. The choice of breakfast was very impressive, I went for the fish option and it was delicious. I loved the decor of the hotel as well. I just thought your hotel was a gem as it so often happens in Ireland that you are disappointed with hotels and the value for money.
The girl at reception was extrmely nice and helpful.I would stay again in the Westwood.
Excellent welcome on arrival. A very nice room. Very friendly staff. My only suggestion is that staff serving breakfast should give you a little more time before they serve the cooked breakfast but otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

I found the receptionist to be exceptional in her role, friendly, welcoming, professional and well able to stay calm under pressure and keep smiling!
The hotel is nice, if i was to have any faults with it, it would be that it was too warm in the room, granted the ar conditioning unit would cool down the room, this however caused another problem as it was a bit noisy especially if you wanted to go asleep. So I ended up just opening the window in the room. Overall the staff and services are excellent. Especially liked having a personalised greeting on the televsion screen on entering the hotel room.
Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
