The underground carpark is an excellent facility. The hotel is well placed to walk to shops and sites. 5 mins away.
I had a great stay. I stayed in their apartments which was an added bonus, I found the apartments very spacious and modern.
it was good fun experiencing both the dance and music nights in the bar. rekk was great.
We had no running water for two of our three days there. The heat in the rooms was also almost unbearable.
The location is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Missed bran flakes for breakfast though..
Very good value for a central location. Rather noisy but that is unavoidable in the middle of a busy city like Galway.
Could not take car out of parking space for fear of loosing the space (Car park too small)
It was fine in general no problems, the underground carpark was a bit small cars parked all over the place!
The girls at the front desk were very helpful. They answered several questions, let us leave our luggage there since we were early and our room wasn't ready and helped us track down our car rental service which we couldn't locate. Very pleasant.
Hotel staff were very friendly & helpfull, no issue's with anything.
