We had no running water for two of our three days there. The heat in the rooms was also almost unbearable.
Very good value for a central location. Rather noisy but that is unavoidable in the middle of a busy city like Galway.
The location is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Missed bran flakes for breakfast though..
Could not take car out of parking space for fear of loosing the space (Car park too small)
The girls at the front desk were very helpful. They answered several questions, let us leave our luggage there since we were early and our room wasn't ready and helped us track down our car rental service which we couldn't locate. Very pleasant.
It was fine in general no problems, the underground carpark was a bit small cars parked all over the place!
Hotel staff were very friendly & helpfull, no issue's with anything.

the hotel was comfortable and although our room didnt have a view it was spacious. the hotel is in an excellent location, perfect for walking around the city. the american girl working at reception was genuinely bubbly and helpful, recommending restaurants and bars we might like and giving us directions

I really liked the friendly atmosphere of the hotel. I also liked the situation of it. It was ideal being so near to the centre of the city
