Directions
Driving Directions from Dublin
From Dublin City drive to the quays and continue to Heuston Station (on your right)
Take the N4 and continue following signs for The West
Continue to Clonard where you will see signposts for the N6 and Glaway
Continue along the N6 passing through Milltownpass, Tyrellspass and Moate and later through Ballinasloe and Loughrea and Craughwell.
Approaching Galway follow signs for Galway City and then for Clifden and Ourghterard. At the junction with Headford Road take the third exit.
This will take you over the Quincentenial Bridge and the River Corrib. At this point, take the N6 and follow the signs for Spiddal/Coast road or Salthill.
Continue on the signposted road to Spiddal. On entering Barna you will see the hotel on the right hand side of the crossroads as you enter the village.
From Shannon Airport
Drive north from Shannon airport on the N18 passing through Ennis and on to Glaway
At the Oranmore roundabout follow the N59 out towards Clifden
This will take you over the Quincentenial Bridge and River Corrib

Bearna village is only 10 minutes drive from Galway known as ‘the City of the Tribes’. Here you will find a vast array of traditional Irish pubs, snazzy bars and cafes and fantastic restaurants.
When in Galway why not explor the city by going on A Galway Walking Tour or a coach tour of the City. Day tours can also be organized to Connemara and the Burren in Co. Clare, both a must see when visting the West of Ireland.
Or take a trip to the Aran Islands. Located just off the coast of Galway and Clare these island have a vibrant history and is one of the few locations in Ireland where Irish is still spoken today. Here you will get a real sense of old Ireland culture and music

Bearna Golf Club - Corboley, Bearna, Galway
Bearna Golf and Country Club was established in 1996 with 500 members. The Club's motto -Failte agus Ceol na Fuiseoige leat- meaning " Welcome, and may lark-song accompany you" is intended to signal the tranquility and reception which awaits the visitor on every fairway. The club commands spectacular views of the West of Ireland landscape due to its proximity to Galway Bay, the Burrena and also the Aran Islands.

This 18 hole course was desnigned by Christy O’Connor Jnr, and is designed to highlight and preserve the ancient historic features of the Renville peninsula.
