It was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly
For the short time we were in the hotel, we found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Conor whom we had the most contact with. But disappointed to hear the hotel price was going to be so high for race week, we had intended to book a room for 2 nights but when we heard the cost we decided against it, which was a pity!!
Very impressed by the quality of the hotel, the price and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - will recommend this to my friends and I plan to stay there when I`m in Galway again!
