I thought it was a great location for the city centre and salthill. I had excellant bar food. The carpet in the room was really grubby which i was disappointed in but it was such a good price, well worth a stay and I will stay there again in the future.

The list is fairly long heres a few examples. On arrival we were greeted by a very bored staff member. No guest book in the room and we were told they did not have one so we could not order room service. They gave us a smoking room but when we asked for an ashtray the response was "we dont have any, you may put your ashes whereever!" Very bad attitude. We did comment on check out and didnt even receive an apology. Bad management in my opinion and we felt cause we had availed of a good offer we were dismissed. Hotel itself is a nice one so with a bit of proper management may improve.

We enjoyed our stay in the Clybaun Hotel but we were very disssatisfied with the breakfast,the food was just thrown together on the plate and it was very poor in taste.

I got a bed and some sleep but to be honest the phone didn't work, there was no internet even in the lobby in the first room there was no light in the bathroom which was fixed so then they moved me to another and something was broken there as well. Can't remember but I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay there again. As the Taxi driver said; "Its just a pub with beds."

Me & my boyfriend went away for our one year anniversary and i thought that the staff were fantastic , they were lovely. I myself have done customer service training and i thought that the staff in the hotel were excellent. The bar was gorgeous and the food there was lovely. The swimming pool and Gym and so on were fantastic & well kept. Also most hotels once it reaches check out time they would throw you out but here there was no rush. I really enjoyed the weekend away.

Because the lift went out and we had to traverse 3 floors on foot, (with a foot injury in our party), and a toilet malfunctioned, the mgmt discounted one room -- very fair. All else an excellent edge-of-town experience, with breakfast by the sea. Excellent hotel.

The hotel was good valve for money at 29.99.The pool and leisure centre was very good. There was great parking.Will be a lovely hotel when finished.The only complaint was there was no batterys in the remote control the day we booked in and when we asked at reception she said sorry they didn't have any and there was no effort made to get any that day/night or next morning which was disappointing.Overall not bad.Staff very friendly

It was a very nice hotel, the pool and leisure facilities were brilliant but there was no shampoo in the changing rooms i didn't mind this too much but this should be pointed out before using rather than finding out when you come out of the pool, over all its a lovley hotel Location is good its easy enough to find taxis are expensive to go into town alright

The hotel was excellent value for money, very clean, the food was 1st class! Our only complaint was our room must have been a former smoking room, it was my own fault for not stating a non-smoking room but will def stay again and put that on my request.
