This is a warm and friendly hotel to be found in the village of Claregalway. From here, you’ll overlook Claregalway Castle, the Franciscan Friary, and the original Nine Arches Bridge where the Clare River once flowed. Arches Hotel can boast an idyllic location, as its just 10km from Galway city and Galway airport is only 3km away.
This is a small hotel but when you stay here you’re guaranteed comfort and high quality accommodation. All rooms are en suite and come equipped with colour TV’s, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryers and telephones.

You’ll be glad to here that room service is available 24/7.
The hotel also has a bar and restaurant. Croi na Bia’s menu has a lot of variety so there’ll be something to suit everyone and they pride themselves on using fresh locally sourced produce. If you want to enjoy a few drinks, the Arches pub is just around the corner. Bar food is available here.
This is a cosy hotel where you’re sure to have an enjoyable stay. While in the Claregalway region why not avail of the local golf, angling or horse riding amenities.

I liked the attentivness of the staff and the owner made a very positive contribution to the overall picture.. RESTAURANT`was very inviting with crisp white tablecloths andREAL napkins..Food was prefect and well presented.. Perhaps if there has to be a downside it would be that the bedrooms are somewhat basic .. air con semms to be in short supply in our nation overall!! I only stayed one night so didnt have time to check any other facilities.. yes did have room service for breakfast which was served timely and as ordered ..overall was very happy with stay! Would certainly recommend this hotel to a friend..
