The solid oak kitchen is spacious and finished to the highest standard, it is fully equipped with all modern facilities. The kitchen leads to a comfortable dining and family area which in turn opens into a bright and spacious conservatory. This offers further dining/sitting facilities and looks out upon an expansive and private back garden with a large patio area.

Double doors lead from the conservatory into a large sitting room which has lovely views of the bay.
