Our stay at the Rock Glen hotel was simply wonderful. A lovely hotel with the most beautiful views. I didn't realize how beautiful this country is.

This was a fun family, they were friendly, their girls are darling and engaging; we'd definitely recommend this accomodation for anyone.

Where do I begin? The problems were as follows: they advertised recreation- including tennis- but had no useable tennis balls. They had a few people staying at the hotel the night we were there, but you couldn't find any staff to help you when you needed it. The bar had no bartender. I ordered an ice cream dessert and tea from room service and it arrived late so the ice cream was melted. I wanted to take a bath but had to clean out the bathtub which had little black flecks in it and a bug. The water was a copper, brackish hue when I drew the bath so I refrained from taking a tub. We left in the morning without having breakfast because it was such a disaster. To top it all off, my friend cut his hand on the tub stopper (which had a jagged chain) when we left requiring a significant bandage. So needless to say, it was not a good experience.

We thought the hotel was fabulous. It was a real gem and extremely comfortable.

A little bit tired in decor but great location. Very peaceful and we really enjoyed every minute.
