Hotel staff were amazing. Anything you needed it was given straight away. We asked bar staff could we watch a match in bar and they turned music off took down tv and put match on with sound.
The radisson is class!! My only regaret was that I didn't get there early enough to avail of the spa facilities!!! didn't even get to the hot tub overlooking the water... very upsetting!!!
Rooms good,only one lift was working, receptionist very rude and bad english
The breakfast was absolutely fabulous!! We gorged ourselves!! The pool area could have been a little brighter - with better lighting. outdoor hottub was lovely - great view. We did not make use of the spa - choosing a different one in another hotel due to the rather expensive prices! Did not dine in the hotel, however the bar area was fabulous - liked the artificial fireplaces!
WE THOUROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY IN THE RADISSON HOTEL, THE STAFF WERE WELCOMING AND ATTENTATIVE. THE SPA WAS RELAXING. THE COOKED BREAKFAST WAS DISAPPOINTING, BUT THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD HAVE NO ISUES WITH STAYING IN THE HOTEL AGAIN. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT BEING SO CLOSE TO EYRES SQUARE.
The hotel is based in a great location and the staff were extremely friendly.
