We found our stay at this hotel to be an unmitigated disaster on New years eve. We were not informed that new years eve ball was taking place at this hotel at check-in. The hotel was only serving a buffet at its restaurant on the night in question and to crown it all the noise levels at the hotel while this ball was going were utterly unacceptable for those guests including my wife and I who were not attending this Ball. It was so bad that we checked out at approximately 1am and drove home and we explained exactly to the Night Manager while we were doing this. If we were forewarned about this Ball we would certainly not have made the reservation and we will not be returning to this establishment any time soon. All in all bad planning and customer service from this hotel.

The hotel is well located to the city centre, it is clean and comfortable, the spa area is excellent but very expensive for treatments.
