The apartment is located within two kilometres of supermarket, hotel restaurant and pub, blue flag beaches, parks/woodlands and forest walks, horse riding, golf, angling and bicycle hire, swimming pool and leisure facilities.
Windsurfing school at Rusheen Bay 5 minutes walk away as is the Rusheen Bay Horse riding centre at the same location.
Barna woods and Cappagh Road park and pitches are located just a short walk away and provide a great play area for children and a great location for walks through the Silverstrand beach.
Galway city offers numerous pubs, festivals and tourist attractions such as Lynchs Castle, the Spanish Arch and the medieval fishing village of the Claddagh made famous by the Claddagh ring. Enjoy a coffee on Shop Street and people watch, or enjoy a pint and traditional Irish music in the numerous pubs in the city. Time your stay with us to coincide with the Galway Arts Festival, The Oyster Festival, The Cuirt International Literature Festival or the world famous Galway Races.
For the adventurous types, Derroura mountain bike trail in Oughterard is a 30 minute drive away and there are numerous walking trails to avail of in the area as well as fishing on Lough Corrib.

Going further afield the apartments provide a fantastic base to explore Connemara, with the Connemara National Park and Kylemore Abbey, ferry service to the Aran Islands is a 40 minutes drive out to Rossaveal, explore the wild windswept islands on a day trip.
The world renowned Burren with its limestone landscape and unique flora is an hours drive south of the apartments.
