parking was limited and as a result we got clamped. we should have been offfered valet parking but werent. costly mistake 100 euros. other than that great hotel
We thought it was a lovely hotel - staff very nice and seemed to be well trained. Facilicies excellant - restaurant brillant - If we were ever going back to Galway that is where we would stay.

I was with an 18 year old and I am older person. My niece loved the place but could never to afford to stay there.Its a very convenient place and food is delicious but maybe the prices could be lower for a two day package.
You have a beautiful hotel, very warm and friendly, everything was perfect, just what you want when you need a break. Will definitely be returning and also recommending your hotel.
We were absolutely delighted with the Park House and will highly recommend it to anyone staying in Galway city. It is extremely convenient, (which is why I selected it); I did not expect the room to be as comfortable as it was. My wife just loved their restaraunt. Excellent!
I liked the hotel in general. We ordered breakfast in the room and it was very prompt.Nothing was too much trouble.
The Park House was wonderful in all respects. The location is ideal, the staff freindly and helpful. The room was clean and complimentary internet was so helpful. I would recommend the Park House Hotel and certainly will stay there again on futures visits to Galway.
We stayed in a suite on the 4th floor. The room was wonderful and the weekend in gereral was fantastic. Upon arrival I gave my Car keys to the Porter who parked my Car in a near by Car Park. When I was checking out, my car was at the door of the Hotel waiting for me! This extra bit of effort by the Hotel really makes all the difference. The Food as always was wonderful!
If you're looking for a humble b&b, i'd say you'd have to leave Galway city, but if you're looking for a fancy yet welcoming and comfortable hotel, Park House Hotel is a great choice. Very nice rooms, great breakfast.
The park house hotel represented excellent value for money.The sevice was excellent, the staff very accomodating and friendly. As a first time visitor to Galway I was surprised to find such a high standard hotel for such a reasonable rate, especially as it is so close to all the local amenities. I would definately recomment it to anyone and intend staying there the next time im in Galway.
Fantastic, have stayed there previously and thought it was such good value for money, so clean with lovely rooms, very friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. Would highly recommend and definitaly always stay when in Galway.

Great, enjoyed my stay alot.
When we made our arrangements several months in advance, we had no idea what a great place the Park House Hotel would be. We traveled with another couple and booked for them as well. There were no problems locating the hotel. The lobby was lovely and the rooms were very comfortable, quite charming. The hotel was well staffed with friendly people who knew Galway well. When we asked for a recommendation for music that evening, the staff knew just where to send us. Looking back, we wished we had saved more time for Galway and the western coast. Next time..... We were surprised that it was quiet at the hotel when we returned after midnight. The city was crowded with young people and there was activity from one end to the other. Galway is a beautiful place! The harbor, the shops, the Spanish Gate, St. Nicolas' church, the river.... We have lots of pictures and great memories. We've kept your address in our log so as to know where to stay when we return again some day.
Great hotel with easy access to the downtown / common area.
The hotel underplays its character if anything, we were very surprised at it's quality for the price. There was a good mix of Irish and non Nationals employed which gives a feeling that the Management's ethos is quality first,cost second. At another hotel we had only Non Nationals who , through no fault of their own could not understand properly our requests. This in our opinion was the management's fault, not the staff who were doing their best. We would definitely return to the Park HOUSE!
Well located, comfortable, excellent service.
The hotel operates to a high standard. The staff are courteous and professional. Everything was delivered to the room promptly. The food in the restaurant was amazing and served to a high standard. In the bar when I asked for a cherry brandy, the barman said he didn't have any in the bar and subsequently went to the cellars to retrieve a bottle for me. The parking was full, but the hotel paid the cost of us leaving our car in the carpark next door.

EXCELLENT HOTEL. WE WILL DEFINATELY RETURN. THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE WITH A LARGE GROUP OF FAMILY FROM DERRY AND EDINBURGH AND WE ALL ENJOYED STAYING AT PARK HOUSE HOTEL AND HOPE TO GO BACK SOMETIME.
I have stayed in the Park House many times recently and found it to be a great hotel in terms of the location, restaurant and the service from the staff.
I very much enjoyed my stay at the Park House Hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful in suggesting things to do and see. The room was quite comfortable and their in house restaurant was great on the days I didn't feel like exploring any more. Overall, this portion of my trip was excellent. It is also very conveniently located in relation to Galway's downtown area.
Galway is one of my favorite destinations in Ireland.It has so much to offer.My experience at the Park House Hotel was fabulous. My niece just got married and lives on the Dingle Penninsula, Annascaul. I will be back to visit every year. I will always stay at Park House. The staff was wonderful. Food excellent and a good location for walking and visiting the pubs and shopping. I have recommended the hotel to my sister Pattie Widule from the states, she stayed there in Nov. and so did my niece and her new husband Patrick Rohan. They loved it!
