Murtys is a beautiful 2 star self catering accommodation located in Carraroe in County Galway, which is one of the most important places promoting Irish culture today. The self catering home has the added facility of a private secure car park and is family friendly. Here you are only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach and 5 minute drive to a unique coral beach. This is the ideal location to relax, enjoy the outdoors and get away from it all.

The property is 26 miles from Galway city. Take the coast road, when you come to Carraroe Village take the 1st left after the church. About 1.25 miles down this road on the left hand side you will come to Murtys Self Catering Bungalow.

Murtys holiday home is in a fantastic unblemished area of natural beauty. Trout and salmon angling are just 1.6km away from this property. An excellent touring idea is to visit the Aran Islands and to capture their scenic beauty for yourself. This is also a suitable location for hiking and touring the local area or having a relaxing walk on the beach.
There are 3 bedrooms in this cottage, 1 spacious and nicely decorated double room fully furnished with wardrobe, dresser and bedside lockers. The following 2 rooms are singles again fully furnished, with all the comforts of home. A spacious bathroom serves these bedrooms, tiled throughout and with shower. Bed linen for free. Please note that towels are not supplied Gas Central Heating and Electricity are extra. Coin slot for electricity.

Situated in a quiet part of Galway but at the same time everything is convenient. Fishing, Scenery and friendlessness with a buzzing city only approx 40 mins away with beautiful views.

The kitchen/dining room is fully fitted with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room table can seat up to 4 people comfortably. The sitting room is nicely furnished and truly is a home away from home with TV, Video, comfy settee and gas heater. There is a private garden and ample parking outside the house.
