Joyce's Waterloo House is nestled on an elevated site overlooking the heavily wooded river valley leading to Clifden town. Lying on the Eastern side of Clifden town the house lies 200 metres directly across from a spate Salmon river and a wild Brown Trout lake only 15 minutes walk away.
The house faces South enjoying a very sheltered and sunlit location. Mature gardens with ancient oak and sycamore trees, lawns, flowerbeds, garden furniture and outdoor Hot-Tub, spacious parking and a very secure environment are just some of the amenities that will enhance any stay in this beautiful home. Foothills at the rear of the house lead directly to the Twelve Bens and with only a 12-minute walk to Clifden town centre, this truly is a 'town meets country' location.

One hours drive West of Galway City along N59. After passing Clifden Glen Holiday Village, drive on for another 300 meters where you will see our entrance on right hand side. If you come to 60 km speed limit sign, turn around as you have just missed us!
One hour south of Westport on N59. Turn left at T-Junction (with Esso Petrol station on right). Drive past Statoil Petrol station (on your right), drive for another 500 meters until you come to the 100km Speed Limit sign, drive on for another 300 meters and you will see our sign on left hand side.
Dining Room The dining room is large with 2 bay windows and 1 picture window facing out over the gardens. The relaxing decor is complimented by the Finlandia Delph, Kings design cutlery, ample glassware and all necessary tableware complete any dining requirements. Kitchen The compact kitchen come complete with 2 gas cookers, larger fridge, chest freezer, microwave and all necessary pots/pans/cooking utensils. Sitting Room Spacious and cosy with fire, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, VHS player, 3 large sofas, 2 Queen Ann chairs, small library, card and board games along with VHS Video and DVD library. Amenities Outdoor hot-tub, BBQ, gardens with garden furniture, laundry, basketball hoop. Laundry facilites include separate outdoor building with 2 washing machines and 1 gas fired tumble dryer and outside clothes line. Business Office comes equipped with PC - broadband access, WiFi, fax, printer and work desk. Heating and Electricity are metered and are paid for seperatley at the end of your stay.
