Overall I thought the accommodation was excellent, located in the centre of town, staff were very friendly, willing to help out... and most importantly the rooms were clean and clean towels provided each morning...

I was very impressed with the standard of accommodation, given that the hotel is in the process of renovation. Some of the reviews on the website are quite extraordinary - I wonder if those who wrote them went to the same place!! The staff I met were very polite and helpful (in the breakfast bar and at the reception desk) and the continental breakfast more than adequate. The bedroom was clean and pleasant.
Location was excellent very central to shops and train station. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Basic hotel with decent sized rooms - a great value situated right in the center of Galway. We were very happy with our stay here.
