Liked everything apart from the noise at night - lorries etc
Very good value for money and excellent location.
Room very good standard and very clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, and spoke and understood English! All round our stay was enjoyable.
Worried that the change over from the Great Southern would have lost its character. No such thing, beautiful, elegant hotel with elegant facilites and Galway on your doorstep. Asked the staff to help with two small problems and they were sorted straight away. Bar could do with a makeover though, a bit uninspiring!
Gorgeous Hotel, food was grea. So central to everything. Rooms were a bit dated for some of the group.
We had a lovely stay overlooking Eyre Square, I would not have any complaint about the hotel.
A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and spacious. A perfect location when you want to be in the heart of shopping and nightlife. Overall I found Galway an excellent city for a weekend break!
It is so convienent to galway city and easy to find.
