Hotel was standard. It was clean and staff were helpful(although she gave us the wrong directions and then told us we took the wrong road!). Room was basic, no hairdryer, no iron, no tea/coffee facilities. Bar was empty the friday night, no atmosphere. We didnt eat dinner there, just breakfast which was cold on the first morning. Location is 10/15 mins in a car to Galway and 5 mins to Salthill, roughly €10/12 in a taxi to galway. Wasnt happy with the location as we were under the impression it was closer to Salthill. We used the Spa and leisure facilties and they were lovely - outdoor hot tub was a big hit!!
