The apartments are located close to the seafront in the village of Salthill,close to shops, pubs, and restaurants and a mere 12-minute walk from the city centre. Angling, golf, horseriding, and watersports can all be enjoyed locally.  They are about 4km from the bus and train stations.

The apartments have three cosy bedrooms, and each apartment can sleep up to six people with ease. The rooms are heated with electric central heating. Each apartment also has two bathrooms.
