House and rooms were fine. But there was no livingroom where we could stay in the evenings. The host was kindly. The house was almost too clean and had no atmosphere for a B&B
Tea/coffee facilities are available in the dining room. Enjoy a traditional home cooked breakfast at the property each morning. The sitting room is very spacious and comfortable - it's the perfect spot to sit back relax and watch TV. Needless to say, both rooms have spectacular views of Kingstown Bay and the wonderful Connemara countryside.
